Most of us haven’t touched a textbook since school. So why read a textbook in a foreign language if that’s not what you’re reading in your native language? Magazine articles, blogs, stories… let’s make this real for you.

We help you learn how to write about your life. This means you won’t be learning how to write essays on the War of 1812 (unless that’s what you’re into!) but practical messages for texting and emailing.

Half the work of a real world conversation is being able to understand what other people are saying. We practice by listening to music, audiobooks and interviews so that you can adjust to a range of accents and styles.

We know this is where everyone gets a little shy. It can feel intimidating, but that’s why we create a low pressure environment so you can get comfortable and confident chatting.
